This project included water main relocations, and numerous water service and fire hydrant relocations prior to the start of the City of Phoenix’s Avenida Rio Salado street improvement project. It required coordination and relocation of private and City water facilities. With design completed in three months and construction finished ahead of schedule, this project demonstrates AZTEC’s ability to deliver on a very tight schedule.
