Duties:

Job Description

Project Engineer – Job Description

The successful candidate will be a task leader for drainage related tasks on projects for state and local municipalities. The primary role is to perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design of street and highway drainage facilities including but not limited to storm drain systems, culverts, retention/detention basins, ditches and channels. Duties:

Electromechanical Construction Supervisor – Job Description

We are currently seeking resumes from qualified Electro-Mechanical Construction Supervisor for a Solar project in our Las Vegas, NV project office. The On-site Civil Supervisor main function is to supervise the EPC Contractor electrical and mechanical work according to Client’s target for Project Budget-Schedule-Quality bounds.

The main tasks under the Construction Monitoring services are as follows:

  • Construction progress monitoring and reporting
  • Construction and materials logistics surveillance
  • QA/QC monitoring during construction

Environmental Planner II – Job Description

We are seeking resumes from mid-level Environmental Planners for our Bloomington, Indiana office. The primary job purpose is to provide infrastructure project proponents assistance in ensuring project compliance with local, state, federal, and other environmental laws, regulations, and policies.

Candidates must be able to foster a positive work environment and the ability to organize and handle multiple assignments. Field work and periods of overnight stays will be required. Field work assignments could involve working in various topographic settings with uneven terrain and climatic changes.

Duties:

  • Research the environmental aspects (physical, natural, cultural, social, and economic) of proposed infrastructure project areas and conduct site visits and surveys to further investigate those aspects
  • Prepare NEPA documents, scoping letters, permit applications, mitigation proposals/plans and other environmental documents
  • Coordinate with other technical specialists for information to be incorporated into environmental documents
  • Coordinate with clients and environmental regulatory and resource management agencies
  • Prepare statements of qualifications, scope of work estimates, cost estimates, and schedules for environmental services

Environmental Planner II – Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, natural resources, or closely related field with 5+ years of professional experience
  • General understanding of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and other applicable federal and state environmental laws or regulations such as the Endangered Species Act and Clean Water Act
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills

Marketing Coordinator – Job Description

We are currently seeking resumes from qualified Marketing Coordinators to join our team for our Phoenix, Arizona office. Duties:

Project Engineer – Required Skills:

Senior Project Manager – Job Description

We are currently seeking resumes for a Senior Project Manager position for our Phoenix, Arizona office. The Senior Project Manager role plans, directs, manages and provides oversight of assigned projects as well as mentors and monitors Project Managers to ensure that the Company’s goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budget parameters. Effectively communicates with management, technical staff, and clients. Provides internal and external coordination and collaboration with clients, project partners and stakeholders. Duties:

  • Must be able to demonstrate successful records of Business Development, program/project management for established A-E firms, managing budgeted design effort, and demonstrated skills working in multi-discipline teams
  • Actively involved in the pursuit and marketing of new projects and leads the preparation of proposals (SOQ, Fee, SOW, Contracts, PSF).
  • Meet with clients to prepare and or validate proposed scopes of work
  • Prepare fee proposals for civil engineering design and construction observation work
  • Develops external project schedule in coordination with the Client
  • Facilitates as project main point of contact with Client and Subconsultants and coordinates technical requirements with Project Team.
  • Develops a Work Plan, internal schedule and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the project.
  • Coordinates with Group Leaders to secure resource commitments for key project personnel.

  • Manages and reviews the performance of projects, ensuring adherence to Scope, Schedule, Budget and Quality. Notifies the Client in advance if a Contract Modification is required.
