AZTEC worked with the City and representatives from the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners in the development of the landscape character for their renovated clubhouses. The landscape design was based on blending landscape elements of the team’s home ballparks with the Arizona desert. The San Diego Padres clubhouse features Date Palms and mix of Agaves and low groundcovers while the Seattle Mariners clubhouse features a strong streetscape frontage with Evergreen Elms and enhanced hardscape elements.
