Through an on-call planning and engineering services contract, AZTEC has partnered with the Flood Control District of Maricopa County on various tasks throughout the Valley. Individual work assignments under this contract could range from the preparation of planning documents, design concept reports and final designs to floodplain delineations, CLOMR/LOMR preparation and submittals, and hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analysis. To date, AZTEC has delivered four tasks including I-10 West/Perryville Road Channel & Basin Design Concept Report (DCR); Lower El Mirage Wash DCR Phase 1; Lower El Mirage Wash DCR Phase 2 and Buckeye Flood Retarding Structure #2, Hydrologic and Hydraulic Update.
